You are so disciplined!
Sounds like too few calories
And plateauing will kickstart again
Give it time
Goal: healthy eating and exercise. Weight loss will follow

The smoothies fill me up a alot and keep me going for a while. A muffin and coffee wouldn't do it for me plus I need protein.
Smoothies are brunch
I also have fish or chicken or meat for dinner, a little salad and rice. When I'm lazy I'll have scrambled egg.
I'm actually quite lazy in the kitchen |
That's way too little calories and you're working out a lot. One scrambled egg is 6 g of protein. Aim for 30 g at each meal.

I would put 3 eggs in but I think the eggs are a bit higher then that from what it says on the box. I'll check again. It's hard having the amount of protein I need because of my weight. I can't remember the calculation but you are supposed to multiply a certain amount by your body weight so essentially the heavier you are the more protein you need. That's why I do the protein smoothies because it's the easiest way to get protein in. I'm thinking I might need to make the smoothie smaller so that I allow room for other foods. Or change the way I do the fasting so there's room for breakfast. I just don't like eating breakfast though.
Could having too few calories cause the plateau?

Absolutely. Your body goes into starvation mode, "thinking" there's a famine on, and holds on to every calorie as if your life depended on it--which, in a famine, it would.
