Right side - Cool books then table cloths.
Left side - Extra sizes ziplock bags I don't use on a dial baisis but need to have around. Extra long heavy duty silverfoil (we use once a week to line the griddle for shabbos.... stuff like that.
In the back, And top shelf, Extra bowls, cutting boards, some table decor we use every few months or so.

Parve appliances and pots and pans. Yes I have to access them often and yes it's a pain but the kitchen is small and cabinets few. Can't put food there because of the heat from the fridge. The most frequently used items are on the lower shelf which I can reach without climbing; for everything else I need a ladder.

So I keep my clay and clay accessories, as well as kinetic sand and acceseories there... so random...
also my crock pot and an extra light fixture
lol
I was just thinking today that I need a kitchen organizer... every item needs a place that makes sense for it
(im an organized person, so it really struck me, like huh, why on earth are these things here?)

Appliances I don't use as often, like the bread machine and instant pot, and nicer disposable plates and cutlery that were left over from a party, I'll pull some down as needed.
