Mordecai is the obvious choice. Mark, Michael or Morgan would also be good alternatives.
Please don’t go with Mortimer or Morton. They are not commonly used nowadays.

I mean, Micah is just the English name for the Hebrew name מיכה, the Navi, so it might be confusing to name someone called Mordechai "Micah". It's like giving someone the Hebrew name Daniel and the English name David : )

I personally give their actual halachic names so Mordechai, but if your really nervous then Mordecai sounds acceptable. (I want their halachic names to always be on record, I’ve heard of too many stories where people named after grandparents and have the nickname instead of the actual name since that’s all they were able to find.)
