I am always working very hard but have decided to take some time off for chnuka this year. I am so excited and looking for ways to make it super fun!
Activities, special gifts, table decor etc. I want it all!
Would love to dress up my house for chanuka in decor too.
We do something different every night
One night decorate donuts
One night presents
One night chocolate coins and play dreidel
One night a family Chanuka party
One night kids make up a game and we play it together
One night we get special fancy donuts
Etc etc

I cant find the exact link now- but it basically does the same , and after candle lighting we shut off all the lights and put chanuka music and turned on the stars and moon 'disco' lights and danced and danced. then, at night I let them sleep with it on in the kids room
another nice idea was a memory game- only us
I set it up on the dining room table
I used paper cups and filled a bunch of paper cups with either prizes from the shekel store, treats, or money- 2 of each and turned the cups over on the table
the kids then played memory game and got to keep when they found a match
they LOVED it!
