It's definitely doable. I just used ubers. And before I went I checked the price of how much a car rental would be and I spent less on ubers then I would if I would rent a car.

Aventura is also doable with just ubers and is much cheaper than Hollywood fl.

If I was going to be without a car I'd definitely want Surfside/ bal harbor area. Only place you can do it all on foot that I know of. In Hollywood the kosher area is far from the beach and it's not really a place to be walking around - way more spread out. There is a kosher hotel though if you didn't mind Ubering everywhere. Still, I'd want Surfside.

We did & it was great. You can get food delivered. To go to restaurants it is about a 15-20 minute Uber ride.

Just clarifying for the OP- Hollywood Beach is nowhere near Hollywood kosher markets and kosher restaurant's and shuls, totally different area. Nothing like Surfside or Miami Beach
