are there foster homes and services for teen who can't live at home due to emotional illness of mom and dad remarried but can't handle her? Crying

she is having suicidal behaviors too.

Bridges is an organization that deals with this. I've seen them advertised in Lakewood but I'm pretty sure they function in other communities as well.
