Has anyone here used the Jewish Women's Blast email service in the past and had success with it?

They claim to have over 12,000 Frum women subscribers.

I only had a 1.7% open rate and a 0.7% click-through rate on my recent email.

I was hoping that with such a large subscriber base, more women would have visited my website, even if they didn't sign up for my free slow cooker recipes Ebook.

Just looking to exchange ideas if this service is worth it for future use.
