I used Ray-Door. The showroom is located in Manhattan. If you like what they offer, you can have your own contractor install it or they provide a list of contractors who are familiar with the system.

It was 6 years ago, so I don't really remember!
I'm sure it wasn't cheap, but it was a very good solution for me.
If you call them with your measurements, they could probably give you a rough idea.
