Need I say more?
I can do honey, maple syrup, date syrup, date sugar. (Coconut sugar as well - just haven't found it in Israel).

You can get coconut sugar in health food shops. I saw it last week in ניצת הדובדבן, when I was looking for maple sugar.

I have bought their brand twice and both times found it to be infested. They used to stock an imported brand and that was great, but no more.
You can buy on IHerb.
Farmtofamily.co.il sell a different brand, no idea if it has bugs or not.

Look up rorie weisberg recipes on the web or on her insta. Featured this week in the mishpacha and just put out her second cookbook. All recipes refined sugar free.

Generally have to use her flours which is not an option nor a preference for me.

Rorie Weisberg has recipes that work with almond flour or other flours (she tells you) like her fruit crisp.
Fresh sabra crazy nut butter cookies.
Chocolate covered Katie almond butter brownies.
Melinda Strauss tahini biscotti.
Also the site detoxinista but I don't remember which of those recipes I've tried right now.

Energy bites:
1 cup oats
2/3 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flax seed (or put in extra oatmeal)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together, Roll into balls and enjoy!
Coconut Peanut Butter Cocoa Balls (recently featured in Mishpacha)
Ingredients:
1 cup ground coconut
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Mix all ingredients together, Roll into balls and enjoy!
Breakfast Muffins
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup oats
1 cup flour (You can use whole wheat or spelt)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cups sugar free chocolate chips or other add-in.
mix and bake at 350 for around 15-20 mins
