Does anyone know when they send acceptance or otherwise? First time applying to sleep away camps.

They give responses grade by grade. They say that they hope to reply to everyone before december 15, with some getting answers a while before.

I wish camps would be more coordinated with their acceptance timing.
Chaviva is our first choice, but if we get into second choice before hearing from chaviva, what should we do??

You answered your own question. The other camp wants to answer first, because your first choice is Chaviva (or in their minds may be)
