What should I gift to my husbs rebbe and friend who were making lots of phone calls and trying to get my child into school, and bh my child go in. Any ideas appreciated!

We gave nice wine/schnapps to the people who made phone calls for us for getting dc into school
For the Rebbi a cash gift might be more appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Is giving money to a rebbe the norm? How much did you give? Curious what other ppl give if not money? If anyone else can respond too would be great.

I’m giving gifts to ppl that made many many calls and were very active in helping. Not someone who just made one call.
