Where I work, the bathroom is in the outside hallway, outside the office. My coworker sits right by the office door so she sees me every time I go to use the bathroom. It's kind of embarrassing that she knows when I'm going... I try to space it out so I don't go so often but sometimes I'll need to go more often and hate that...

Why do you need it so often? Can you do something about that to be less embarrassed?

No one is blinking at a pregnant person using the bathroom all day. I’d joke about it as I pass her.

Yes! Bathroom situation at my work is also tricky. I've heard my friends vomiting from early pregnancies before they were talking about it. Must have been so hard for them knowing the whole office is hearing them, in addition to the nausea!

Lol this reminds me.
In early pregnancy I get this weird thing that I can't swallow my saliva because it makes me sick (only cure is to go to sleep, and I usually wake up fine....til the next attack)
I would sit there at my computer letting the saliva build up until my mouth was completely full and then run to the bathroom and spit it out (usually after around 2 minutes), come back to my computer and start the cycle again.
My supervisor came over to ask me something once when my mouth was completely full of saliva. I turned, looked at him, then ran to the bathroom to spit it all out. Then came back and answered his question and we both acted like nothing had happened.
What can you do, you cant hide everything....

They’re definitely not thinking about it as much as you. Don’t worry
