How do I talk to my kids about this/break the news to them? Especially as I feel emotional about it as well? They knew he was sick but kept davening the past bunch of months and where so hopeful.... Kids are ages 7-12 and all knew him.

Can the school reach out to Chai Lifeline to have a conference and help coach parent how to talk to the kids? Chai lifeline has special programs for such situations, they can usually have a conference call set up within a few hours.

No, they only sent out a text about it at 508 and I only saw it like 20 minutes later... When I called in it was over

For sure reach out to chai lifeline crisis number. Even if you missed the conference call they have makles/females on standby ready to answer your calls
