Is that the trend now? Insult those that point out your error? You realize it reflects badly on you? Ironic much.

No one did that. Your spelling mistake was pointed out and now you as a chasid are lashing out and attacking everyone. Can I stereotype chassidim based on your behavior on this thread? Does that make sense to you?

Sorry Dill you can have the last spill. Spend your life picking on "spelling mistakes" start whole threads on it . Bash other yidden. Let yourself pretend your all encompassing loving to all. Not much better than our liberal brethren.

It wasn’t me. I didn’t point it out. I just thought your lashing out was over the top and ironic. Putting down a group in klal yisroel while saying you are from the better people.

I’m litvish, I always cover around my house, and I LOVE wearing my chenille snood to sleep, tahor or not 🙈 I just love being cozy. Keeps my ears warm… Obviously if I don’t want to sleep in it I don’t have to. I just love how it feels. I’m dressed to the nines all day at work; feeling comfortable is such a luxury to me.

I’m heimish, don’t sleep with any head covering. Never heard of wearing socks to sleep. Wouldn’t that cause fungus?
I put my snood on in the morning. If I get up in middle of the night for a baby or something, I’ll go out in my hair. My boys are teenagers. They see my hair if they come into my room 🤷♀️ |
Why ever would it cause fungus? Never heard such a,thing. What if someone is cold?

Never letting your skin air can cause fungal growth. This is only for someone who sleeps with socks every single night and also covers every single day.

Snood that I manually stretched out and sits kind of sloppy on my head. I don’t usually wear it around others but suuuuper comfy while sleeping.
I prefer sleeping covered because it’s comfortable. If it’s hot I won’t wear.

Unless one shaved, I mean
I absolutely understand this
But if one doesn't, since halacha allows it why cover in front of children? I wouldn't have thought of it.
Interesting because I do have a great aunt who is very charedi and her hair is always covered when I see her. But my neighbor who is a kodesh teacher at by throws on something vaguely when I knock

Many are makpid to keep their hair covered all the time in house around other men their children...all the time..it's not just one group of yidden. There are women all over the world that do this .it is considered praise worthy (sekula for sons yiras shamayim)

Obviously, I just one person but most people I know in my Lakewood circles (admittedly not hardcore yeshivish) do not cover their hair at night.
