Sure. Hotel Metropol in Arosa and Cresta in Davos are both open over the winter season.

Arosa is gorgeous in winter with nice slopes plus nice walks but the hotel is ho-hum.

Cresta is a very nice hotel but Davos itself is not so amazing, unless you're only going for the skiing.

A cheaper but just as beautiful option is My Kosher Hotel in Canazei ( the Italian Alps)

The flights to Italy also tend to be much cheaper then the ones to Switzerland and I find the Italian Alps to be a little less crowded then the Swiss ones during midwinter
