Every day my baby wakes up 5 am. (Today was 4:50 on a good day 5:40)
We are so tired. She will scream and scream untill we take her out. She yell out and points to the door. She doesnt take a paci or bottle that I can give her to go back to sleep. (She drinks from sippy cup at meals)
Ive tried stuffing her up thoughout the day so I'm sure she's not hungry.
Ive tried putting her in later but nothing seems to help.
Her nap is usually 10:30-12:30
And she usually goes in for the night between 7/7:30 (but ive tried 8:30 and even 10:30 with the same results. )
Anyone have ideas for me ?

How does she last from 5 until 10:30?

If she has only one nap shouldn’t it be later in the day?

Is her room dark enough?

I don't know!
Once this week I was driving to drop off another kid with her so she fell asleep for 10 min in the car but I don't usually drive.

It's not later because she's up so early she needs it by 10:30 when she wakes up closer to 6 I put her in 11.
Her room is dark and when she wakes up the sun hasn't come up yet so I can't even blame that 🫠 she also has a noise maker (not that there's any other noise besides her at 5 am)

All my kids were/are like this. They nap 12:30-3 at daycare (once they turn 2 it goes down to 12:30-2) go to bed at 6:30/7, and start the day by 5:15 latest. As they get older they start to sleep later- 3 year old sleeps till 6ish and 5 year old till 6:30/7. Some kids are just morning people. I just go to bed early and make lunches and stuff in the morning while he putters around the kitchen with me pouring his bowl of cereal on the floor.

Curious do they still sleep in your room?
So I have 16m old twins bh and 3 times a week I have a night aide when they sleep in other room with the aide they wake up very early too sometimes6 or 6 30 but when they all sleep in my room with no aide they wake up normal timing at @ 8 I guess they feel more calmer to sleep in same room idk...

Right but she’s used to napping early and it’s part of a cycle with the early wake-up. If you can slowly adjust the nap to later she may start waking up later.

I have the same exact situation, same age.

First of all, the clock was recently changed, so the 5am wake up was really a 6am wake up just a few weeks ago. Which is a somewhat normal wake time for a baby her age.

Second of all, I recommend putting her to sleep EARLIER. Put her to sleep 6:30pm or even 6pm. She will almost definitely still only wake up at 5am. So now at least she’s getting more sleep and you’re getting more down time. Keep doing it and slowly she will hopefully start waking up closer to 6. Babies who aren’t getting enough sleep don’t sleep well.

Keep us updated!
