I was at a simcha and they had a pareve chocolate log that was so good that I thought it was milchig. It was the type that was set out with a knife and everyone cut their own slices (and went back for more).
Any idea where I can get this?

To be honest, I think they all basically use the same recipe. Haven’t really tasted, but from the description- they’re called praline logs, I’m pretty sure they’re quite similar if not identical
