Usually we literally just have matazh/challah and chummus in the winter; nobody is hungry ever at ss.
But I am having guests and feel like I need to have something to put on the table.
Any ideas for something light that can be eaten the rest of the week if it doesnt get touched
Obviously not dairy
TIA

I would do some salads, angel hair or sushi salad are both a little more filling. Fish? Dips?
