My first graders light blue uniform shirts are black already, by the cuffs and collar.
I spray it before every wash and do a soak load but doesn’t help.
Any tips?
FTR I’m in Israel so only have products available here……

What material? 100% cotton? Polyester?
What temp do you wash in?

They need to be sprayed when they are taken off, before they are dropped into the hamper. They should sit like that in the hamper (ok if they sit with the spray for a few days). Spraying before washing doesn't work as the stain has already had time to set.
For now, you'll need to dissolve oxygen in boiling water and soak 24 hours. Scrub out the black. Then soak again 24 hours in a fewsh solution. Scrub out again. Once dirt is out, wash as usual.
Then follow above regarding spray hping forward.

30 degrees won't clean. Try one shirt on 60 degrees. (Of course pre treat)
Cotton- poly mix should be able to take 60 degrees C.
