It is absolutely not safe to use a European tested Doona in the USA. In case of an accident Chas v’shalom one can have major issues with insurance. | Yes I would not risk it at all. Even if you add a chest clip it's not approved for use in a car here. If something ch"v happens you could be in a load of trouble.
