I always use white rice so I'm not sure of this is normal. A bunch of tiny particles in white, black, brown. Nothing is moving but the rice is static.

I once had an infested bag of brown rice, I saw tiny black dots and thought it's nothing, then I saw a moving bug. So I'm a bit nervous to use this bag now

I did. It didn't float to the top... I just rinsed it very well and im going to use it.. hope it's ok
