Crowd wise is very similar.
Academically bais bracha is harder, I know some people that Sent there after not getting into bais bracha.

Crowdwise, its more chassidish. There are no litvish girls there at all. Mesilas has both.

There absolutely are yeshivish girls there. Not many, but there are.

Emunas accepted 15 bais sura girls this past year. Mesillas has none from that type.

Emunahs is basically a chassidish neutral school you might find maybe 2 girls in a grade that aren’t chassidish but the rest are. Mesilas is not chassidish however you will find in every grade around 10 heimish/ chassidish girls but most of them are coming from bais Yaakov elementary schools and not chassidish ones. Also emunahs has more of a camp like atmosphere where as Mesilas is way more academic and professional
