Discrimination is discrimination regardless of the motivator, and regardless of how you feel about it.
And if it's for modesty, they can aspire to a higher level by omitting all pictures of men.
Yes, I know you feel very content in your role. That's because you, as an individual, unlike most women, fit the stereotypes very exactly. You're content with being put in a box because you fit in the box, and you don't care enough about other women to want better for them.
