What does simple frum mean? Are they toradik? Yeshivish? Can you compare to any other type of yeshiva?
What is the level of learning? Where do boys end up going to mesivta from there?

My sister sends to Even Yisrael. She's put-together but not super-trendy, not fancy. Frum, filtered smartphone, husband learned for 5 years and then opened business. Besides for Even Yisrael she had applied to Ohr Shraga.
Can't tell you about level of learning because my nephew is still pretty young....but I know they are thrilled with the school, the warmth, that it's well-run, respectful to the parents, etc....
ETA about the learning level, one week my nephew sang a song that included every single verb in the parsha, complete with motions (it was adorable). Like nasah, lift (and he lifted his arms), amar spoke and he cupped his hands at his mouth.....and the song went on and on, and he knew every single shoresh in a song with action. I thought it indicated a great teaching method and level of learning. Plus it was a cute show for a 6 year old LOL.

I heard they didn't really open registration this year. They filled up mostly with siblings.
