Any tips how to remove white paint stains on a down coat?

Take to a dry cleaner. You can also buy solvent in a bottle, but these are either highly toxic or highly flammable or both, and you don't really want them lying around your house. A regular stain remover won't work because you have not just the coloring agent but also paint solids, which most stain removers won't affect.

Some jobs are best left to the pros. And sometimes even the pros can't get a stain out.

If the coat isn't worth the investment in dry cleaning, I would cover the stain with an applique or some trim.

the cleaners told me they cant do anything about it...
does it make any sense? maybe ill try a different one than..

Try scraping in gently with a plastic knife. It should slowly come off.
You can also try hair spray.

Yes, it makes perfect sense. Some stains don't come out, full stop. Paint is meant to last and last, after all.

I've gotten paint out by using pine sol and scrubbing away at it with a toothbrush.
