Does anyone know of a good jam/jelly that is similar to the one used in linzer tarts and hamantaschen? The Baker’s Choice Strawberry Spread is perfect, but they only sell it around Purim time. Right now the only thing they have is Baker’s Choice Stawberry Pastry Filling which is not the same thing-different taste and texture which just don’t work for what I want.

What you want is raspberry preserves, not jam. You can mix in a very little bit of cornstarch-water slurry to thicken if it seems too runny.
