Does anyone have guidelines on eating shiurim?
Dh's grandmother needs to take her meds and eat k'shiur on Yom Kippur. She is looking for some guidelines on how to do so.

A shiur is a cheekful (about a shot glass' worth of liquid). For solid food you can squish it down if it's airy (like bread) for a proper shiur.
I believe liquids it's a shiur not more frequently than 9 minutes apart, and maybe 20 minutes for solids? But don't quote me on the timing, ask a Rav!
