Be kind to yourself. Realize it's not a natural situation. Accept your feelings. Try to treat yourself well. Don't internalize the guilt for how society treats you

Will it get easier?? Or will I always feel this guilty?

Everyone is different. I still feel guilt. 5 kids later. But I also know I'm doing my best and more than anything, my kids know I love them

I don't feel any guilt. My family needs to eat, they need a house to live in, they need to be able to go to a doctor. Hashem sends me each child knowing full well I'm going to have to leave them with a sitter so that I can bring in the money necessary to take care of our family. I think this child would rather be born even though they'll have to spend time with a sitter instead of me. It is what it is.

The guilt doesn't usually go in its own, but you can work through it. Exploring these feelings and the ideas like Dandelion said can help you see things differently.

It gets,easier as they get bigger. Sending hugs. I had to go to work with both my kids. It is not easy. I cried, I would count the hours till I could see them again. When they're 2 it's really fun to pick them up. Legit, the best part of my day
