Anyone know how much they pay for a newborn?
Can it cover a private babysitter?

I think they pay decent, Dont count on me but like around 1000-1400. butI think you could only send with vouchers privately if the babysitter is related or something. I am sending my baby to a jewish playgroup with vouchers and Im ok with it because they could only take 3 kids per morah

Child care vouchers? As far as I know, they pay well but it's paid directly to care centers that accepts vouchers. Ie, that have all the legalities lined up and are registered in their system. I don't believe they pay private babysitters.
If the place accepts vouchers, it should be free to you.

Someone actually asked me if I would do it for their newborn so I was curious if it makes sense money wise and if it’s possible? I wouldn’t be totally tied down cuz it’s just one baby so I would be able to go out…

What does that mean you’ll be able to go out? Are you planning on taking a newborn out with you? Does the mom know that

Why wouldn’t the babysitter take the baby out? That’s one of the (many) nice things about having a private babysitter.
