I just bought it for traveling but my two year old sun doesn’t want to lean. He wants to sit up 90 degrees. Is there a travel stroller that lets a toddler sit up but also reclines for when he falls asleep. TIA

Leave the top straps open. Only close the ones by the legs. A 2 year old isn't falling out anymore and then can sit upright

He can fall asleep sitting upright?
My 2 year old will fall asleep if she's tired but then she's happy to be reclined a bit

Most travel buggies don’t sit up 100% straight and are slightly in a recline position.
The yoyo has the same issue.
Can you loosen the straps a lot so he can lean forward?

It doesn’t work. I wonder if there is one travel one that he can sit up

Don’t get the yo-yo it has the same problem. I fee so bad for all this babies and toddlers who are strapped into yo-yos and butterfly’s who can’t sit upright they look so uncomfortable. Poor kids go from the doona to that, never get to sit normally.
The best travel stroller I’ve found for sitting upright is the uppababy minu, it’s not perfect but much better than the others. Plus it has a bar so you don’t always have to strap your kid in.

A 2 year old does not need the chest strap. The straps on the 5 point harness aren't connected on the butterfly, you can strap toddler with the bottom 2 and leave the top 2 open. You can also get a bar for the butterfly.

Ok.
So problem solved,
Just buckle the waist straps.
Thats what I do and my baby is younger.
They like to sit up and when they fall asleep you lay them down with only the bottom buckled.

He won’t fall asleep because he doses off almost and then wakes up because he can’t relax sitting up with no back to Iran on

Uppababy minu looks like it’s the best for sitting up. Thanks.

But then they don’t have anything supporting their back, how is that comfortable? It’s at best a second-best option.

Pleasure! We loved ours it’s great. Not as tiny tiny as some other travel strollers but makes up for it in other ways. I can honesty see people using it as a full time stroller.

Check out bombi baby stroller. I just got it for my baby specifically because it was the one that sat up the most plus it is one handed open and close

I think the Joolz Aer is the most upright one available, and the backrest is very high so good for tall toddlers. Have mine over 3 years and still love it!

Of course theres a back.
You sit up the stroller, and theyre not glued, strapped to the back. Lol
They can lean forward an extra inch or 2
