Writing a package of emails for a year.
Between 10-24 (either 1 or 2 emails monthly)
The emails are a marketing campaign, brand awareness and customer nurturing.
I expect each email to take 2-3 hours between writing it, getting it approved by everybody, hashkafically fact checked, revisions etc
I want to offer a package price instead of by hour but not sure how to charge. I mostly don't want to undercharge.
Pricing advice?

Do you own the pricing guide?

What's your range per hour when it's not a big project like this?

The pricing guide is inaccurate .
The price ranges based on experience + proven results.
If you’re doing all at once you charge even less vs a retainer / 2-3 every month.
10 emails = $1000 - $2000

Copywriting is a side gig and normally I charge 150 per hour for what I do.
I feel like 1-2k is way too small for this project even if I wrote it all in one shot. I know the client will have tons of revisions and need a million people to approve every word because of the nature of the organization. I'm fine with that but there's going to be a lot of back and forth that takes time.

Are you familiar with the company, industry and style they want already? If not, that will add to the time it takes to write because you’ll need to research.

Yes, no research needed

Just use your hourly rate, figure out how many hours per piece, then multiply. I wouldn’t charge less than 8-10k for this because that’s truly the hours you will be putting in. Having it paid as a project is always smart, and it lets them think they have a little wiggle room to ask for changes again and again.
