Bar Mitzvah help!!

Hi everyone! We are planning for our oldest sons bar mitzvah and it is the first simcha we are making. BH we have what we need-food, housing, clothes; however we are struggling to make ends meet week to week. I was wondering if anyone knows of any resources out there to help provide financial help to cover the cost of the tefillin? We live in florida if that makes a difference. Thank you!

From Chabad's website I can see that they offer tefillin at very affordable prices:
