Ds6 says the w sound for r. When I show him with my mouth how to pronounce the “r” he can do it, but I think from habit he continues with the “w” sound. How can I get him to switch permanently?

Ds3 (almost 4) completely messes up his pronouns. Is that still age appropriate?

As a speech therapist, both are developmentally appropriate

A simple tip for your 6 year old:
Remind him to keep his lips back when saying the r sound. Keep the reminders positive as it is developmentally appropriate and it’s not worth making him self conscious at this age (or any age).
