Aluminium baking pans

those of you who are into using baking trays and pans that are safe with no toxins and dangerous materials
leeching into the food.

is anodized steel like USA pan a completely safe option or just better than others?

I would stay faaar away from anodized aluminum.
You want cast iron, stainless steel, copper, lead free glass. Those are the safest cooking materials.

The ones I looked at said aluminized steel and silicone coating and honestly I'm not sure how those things rate on the toxicity scale.
I would look for stainless steel baking pans made in the US

I dont think stainless steel is good for baking.

I'd stay far away from anything with Aluminium in it or on it, including aluminized steel. And from non-stick coatings.
If you want to go the healthy road, use stainless steel or lead free, heat resistant glass or cast iron (more difficult to maintain and may need kashering first if pre-greased).
These all are heavier and more prone to sticking and more difficult to clean, but at least not or nearly not leaching chemicals into the food.

can you recommend a good brand of baking tins with safe material that bakes well and is safe?
