I don’t use exact recipes
But this is what I do
I roast 2 bags broccoli
1 bag cauliflower
2 leeks
A bunch of cloves of garlic
( I find roasting adds a lot of flavor but people skip and just boil and blend)
Once soft blend with water
Add can of coconut milk
Salt pepper to taste
Sometimes will add nutritional yeast
Let come to a boil then lower to simmer
15 minutes before serving add zest and juice of 1 lemon
I like to serve with cheese and crusty bread
Freezes beautifully
