Hi does someone know if I can recertify for wic over the phone and send the documents through email instead of coming in to the wic office? I have an appointment for 8:30 am and the timing doesnt work due to various reasons. I use yvy. I just tried calling them but no one picked up the phone.

Since Covid there are no in person appointments. You take pictures of your documents and email it to them. Call them 718-686-3700. Press 6, 1, 3 to reach the wic department.

In person or by phone is still optional since covid. I use yeled. I send documents by email

For wic in NJ do you absolutely need to give your income and your kids vax records? Or can still technically apply without those? Thanks

You can apply without only if you or your kids are eligible through JerseyCare or Jersey Family whatever it’s called.
