Chicken and ptitim (Israeli couscous) in one pan. Sometimes I use Orzo instead.
Always a huge hit.
With string beans on the side.

Can you please post recipe?
(I don’t mind chicken on the bone.)

I try not to send rice or green beans because I think they get sent a lot

If I have time I like to include a soup and or salad and cut fruit

My regular things are lentil soup or veggie soup, salmon, quiche or lasagna, big salad and berries , sometimes roasted veggies or potatoes or sweet potatoes but also depends on the family and what I want to cook for my family that week

What’s your recipe? I’m in Israel. Sounds too good to be true! Oh I’m thinking now it’s probably bone in chicken right? Husband will only eat cutlets.

Empty bag of ptitim in pan.
Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. Pour in 4-5 cups water.
Place bone in chicken pieces on top. Season the chicken. Bake uncovered covered for 90 minutes at 180 C.

I try to send cookies or goodies if I have time.
And if I wanna be really extra I send along projects for the kids from dollar tree to keep them busy for a few minutes!

What's the recipe for oven fried rice?
