OK all credit goes to Ora43.
she gave a recipe in the fish section and I decided to use it for chicken.
The result was yum yum yum!!!! and it was so easy!!
Mix Mayo with Mushroom soup-mix. spread on chicken.
Chop up a large onion (or 2) and sprinkle over chicken.
Bake uncovered for first 1/2 hour, then cover for an hour, and then uncover for last 1/2 hour.
Baste occasionally.
This recipe makes tons of delicious gravy. I made a yellow onion-rice to soak it up. and it was a big hit!!

I didn't measure.... but pretty sure it was about 3/4 cup of Mayo, with about 3 Tbs. soup-mix.

Sounds yum!
How long and how high do you bake it for? Which chicken did you use?
