What to add for relative who needs yeshua?

I have a family who desperately needs a yeshua (not health related). What would be proper to add in their zechus? Davening and tehillim is a hard one for me since I don't always get to carve out time in the day to do it.

I'm thinking to add a candle at licht bentching but don't want to do it forever, and I don't think you're supposed to decrease.

All suggestions welcome.

Davening can be one posuk. It doesn't need to take longer than lighting a candle. Halacha is to add teshuva, tefilla and tzedaka. Choose one posuk and say it each day. Give 5 cents to tzedaka every day. choose to improve in one small area. It doesn't need to take time.

NB I don't think there is any inyan at all in adding Shabbos candles.

Make a kabbala, it could be time limited.

Ex. Limit technology, tznius, bentch Licht earlier, an hour machson l'fi (LH), extra cheesed, bentch from bentcher, say Asher Yetzer from poster without walking...
