If I make meatballs, do I use the same recipe as for beef meatballs?
Any other ideas?

I fry it like hamburgers - I put in bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, onion, and after frying I bake it for a few minutes in the oven covered in sweet and sour duck sauce. We all love it!

u can make a good chunky sauce with it. saute an onion with mushrooms and a piece of zuchini. then add the turkey and keep stirring it to break it up when the turkey is browned add a either a jar of marinara sauce or tomato sauce with some brown sugar and some other spices. let it all simmer for about 25 min and serve over pasta---this is a freat quick dinner

Anything you can do with ground meat you can do with ground chicken (or turkey, for that matter). In fact, since I was pregnant with DS#1 I ONLY use chicken.
