I defrosted a bag of chicken cutlets but I'm thinking maybe I'll fry them on friday instead of cooking them now so that they don't taste so old by the time it's shabbos. was wondering if that would be pushing it too much in terms of raw chicken but it's the sealed empire bags so not sure if those last longer? I don't remember when I put in the fridge but sometime this week.

When did they defrost? I wouldn't let them go more then two days defrosted in the fridge.

so basically same rule as if you bought fresh chicken from the store in a little bag. wasn't sure if those bags are able to maintain freshness longer.

Do you know how long it takes to defrost. If I freeze it now when should I take it out?
I do think that might be my best option
