Would you try something like this?

3 sweet potatoes grated
2 large onions diced
Clove garlic
24 oz broccoli chopped defrosted
Sauté onion and garlic and sweet potatoes
In an 8 qt pot combine
2 cups flour
8 eggs
3/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp mushroom soup mix
1 tps salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix. Add veggies
Bake 350
