Do you save beef tongue stock?

I use it to warm the sliced tongue.
And then I get rid of it once the tongue has been finished.

I sometimes use a little of it in the sauce I prepare for the tongue (tomato sauce, liquid, brown sugar, drop of lemon juice). the rest I discard.

I sometimes add a drop of it to my chicken soup it adds a nice flavor but it’s so fatty it doesn’t interest me to use it for anything more substantial.
