If you pack in an icepack, you can add deli or chicken to a salad so it has protein.

Potato salad and Cole slaw doesn't travel well. Anything with mayo goes bad fast.

Pasta with crumbs
Lukshen kugel
Challah kugel
Rice kugel
Shlishkes
Cherry pie/crumble
Apple kugel
Apple strudel
Apple crumble
Cherry or apple turnovers
Canned corn/baby corn
Baked apple peeled coated with nuts is stiffer or without
Deli roll
Fruit smoothie
Compote

All these can be eaten cold or room tep

You can take whole Avocado
Peanut butter
Jam
Whole fruits
Nuts
Dried fruit
Dry things like rice cakes, melba toast, crackers, cookies, cake, pretzels, ww bread, pita, wraps. Buns, rolls, bread sticks, bagel chips, Pita chips.
String cheese, babycarrots.
Tuna cans, cans salmon, Sardines.
Noodle soups
Vac packed Deli, in ice box.
Snack bags

If you take along a Betty or sandwich maker you can make lots of food there, like grilled cheese, potatoes, Scrambled egg. You can buy eggs or potatoes there.

You can freeze schnitzel /patties so then when it gets defrosted you can eat it cold.

Some places will vacuum pack or can your food for you, before you go.
