Many years ago (6? 7? More?!)in fanily first succos collection (I think) there was a recipe for a dessert that is a layer of biscuit type cake, followed by a layer of raspberry jam, then a fake cream cheese and white chocolate layer, then regular melted choc on top.
I make it every yr for succos.
I cannot find my pulled out recipe this yr, and no googling or kosher.com search is pulling it up.
I know technically I could email them but obviously then I wouldnt have it in time for chag.
Any chance anyone somewhere knows what im talking about????
