Can anyone share a great mushroom sauce recipe with me that freezes well and does not require wine? I googled but I really want one that people love. Thanks all!

I double this.
Mushroom Sauce
1 medium onion, diced
3 Tbsp oil
1 small can mushrooms
2 1/2 Tbsp flour
1 cup chicken soup broth
salt and pepper, to taste
Saute onion in oil over medium high heat until soft. Add mushrooms and saute an additional 5 minutes.
Sift in flour slowly, while pouring in broth (or bouillon dissolved in hot water). Continue to cook and stir another few minutes, until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste, until very well seasoned.

13.25 oz can or the smaller size?
