Today I made:
Chicken with mushrooms
Duck confit
Moroccan chicken (cooking now)
Tomorrow I hope to make:
Lentil soup
Squash soup
Citrus beef
Facon stuffed chicken
Sauce for Asian corn beef
2 tongues
Hopefully none of those will take crazy long, and I’ll be able to make some dips also

6 lb challah
apple turnovers
stovetop chicken cutlets (no name, family recipe)
hope to still make a potato kugel before the kids get home.
tomorrow school is only half a day and then off for yt!

Thanks! My day was totally thrown off because one of my kids refused to go to school in carpool and I had to take them, which meant that instead of going shopping I had to come home. I went shopping, but then instead of going to the second store, I had to come home cuz my baby had therapy. I ended up dropping him off and leaving him with my mom and 17 year old, and I went shopping while his therapist was at the house. So far I have made lentil soup, the tongues, and the citrus beef. When I get home, I need to make the squash soup and the facon stuffed chicken, and at some point the sauce for the corn beef. It’s been a slow day for me- my baby didn’t sleep well and then ended up in my bed and then another kid came in too….suffice it to say I didn’t sleep much! Plus I’m still recovering from Yom Kippur….all in all though, I’m very please with my progress.
