Black tights. The rules have changed and black and brown look good together.

The rules now depend on where you live…. In chassidish Monsey matching tights to skirt is “nebby”…. Gone are the days of brown shoes, brown tights, brown skirt, brown top, brown glasses, brown headband….
Even the bows in the hair are contrasting or accent color… (denim dress - red bow, green dress - black bow…)
