Is there a non emergency number I could call to find out if my newborn is breathing normally or not?
Can't tell if he's retracting or not. Seems otherwise totally fine.

I don't know what part of the world you are in, but does your regular pediatrician have any kind of after hours service? If not, some hospitals will do a telehealth visit to help parents decide about coming to the ER. All else fails, you should be able to call the hospital where your baby was born for advice.
What part of the world are you in OP?
