I thought I was so organized and had everything under control, but now that we ate half of what was in the freezer over rosh hashana and erev/post yom kippur, my freezer is looking empty. With yt coming at me like a speeding train, I'm realizing how much more food we still need.

So far, I have

Potato kugel
Yapchik
Doughless potato knishes
Mushroom sauce
Pickled corn beef, cooked and sliced
First cut brisket, cooked and sliced
French roast, cooked and sliced
zucchini soup
Roasted jalapenos
Ice cream pie
Mini coffee muffins
Chocolate chip cookie squares

I'm looking for more inspiration. Please share what's in your freezer.

If I had that much I'd be all done cooking.

I have 3 ice cream pies, one marble cake, one apple pie, 2 cobblers, 2 pans rice krispy treats, 8 small challah rolls, one honey cake loaf, one bag ready kreplach.
Not much inspiration from me. Today I added 2 big roasts, 2 carrot kugel loaves, 1 apple kugel, 1 pan mushroom knishes, 1 potato kugel.

It's raw.
Basically, make potato Kugel batter, put in 9x13 with meat, freeze uncovered.
To bake, put straight into already hot oven, I do 450 for 45 minutes and then cover and lower oven to 225 for hours, sorry don't know how many hours exactly.
I think this only works well if you have a standalone freezer. I'm not sure how well it freezes in a freezer that's attached to a fridge.

Carrot apple soup
Zuchinni soup
Chicken soup
Cold cherry soup
Apricot soup
Apple cake
Apple crisp
Plum cakes (2 different kinds)
Rhubarb bars
Cranapple sauce
Plum compote (yes, my family loves plums)
A few biscotti (say, a dozen)
Chocolate cake
Challah rolls
Meatballs
Sliced brisket in sauce (2 pans)
Sliced turkey in sauce

I always make a double recipe of desserts and soups, that's why so many. I need to make more biscotti or some cookies, one more protein and lots of veggies and salads, then I am done.
